Jumping Pound Ridge has released ten exclusive ridge lots to the public for its BYOB (Bring Your Own Builder) Program. Homebuyers now have the opportunity to purchase the lot of their choice and to choose any builder they wish to build their dream home in beautiful Jumping Pound Ridge, Cochrane.

How the BYOB Program Works:

1. Purchasers can buy a lot directly from the developer, one of our parade show home builders, or a custom builder of their choice.*
2. Homebuyers have two (2) years from the date of purchase to build a home on the lot.
